1. Scope of Villa Operations

Housa & Cardini provides 360° management services for coastal villas and BNB properties in Kenya, including housekeeping, grounds maintenance, staff administration, dynamic pricing, and guest check-ins.

2. Owner Partnerships & Transparency

Property management terms are executed under individual written operational agreements. Owners receive detailed monthly revenue statements, transparent expense breakdowns, and scheduled monthly payouts.

3. Holiday Guest Bookings

Guests booking coastal villa stays must comply with property house rules, occupancy limits, and local coastal municipal guidelines. All bookings are subject to verification and check-in confirmation.

4. Regulatory Compliance

All operations follow Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) standards and Kenyan coastal hospitality guidelines.
